We offer complimentary insured, tracked delivery on any item(s) purchased online. All deliveries will require a signature and photo identification will sometimes be required. We will aim to send out your item(s) within 5 working days of receiving the full payment.

We will do everything we can to accommodate a smooth delivery process. Due to the high value nature of our items, please bear with us in case of any further security checks that are required before delivery.

Returns

We have every faith that you will be delighted with your online purchase from us. However, if you feel like you have made the wrong selection then you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund.

Please call us on +44(0)7500 142 345 to tell us why you are returning your item(s) and then please pack them securely, as they arrived, in the original Grima box and with any additional documents. The package should be returned to us by recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Items that have been personalised, adjusted or made bespoke to order cannot be refunded.
